Child Safety Standards Policy

1. Purpose of the Policy

Saycheez is committed to providing a safe and healthy social environment where users can interact responsibly.
This policy is established to prevent Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and to strictly prohibit any related content or behavior within the platform.

2. Definitions of CSAE and CSAM

CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)

• Includes any form of sexual abuse, grooming, coercion, manipulation, or exploitation involving a minor (under the age of 18).

CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)

• Refers to any material that depicts or promotes the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, including images, videos, illustrations, written content, links, or similar representations.
• Saycheez strictly prohibits the creation, possession, distribution, or sharing of such content under all circumstances.

3. Prohibited Behaviors

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Saycheez.

• Uploading, transmitting, or sharing content that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation
• Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to engage with minors for sexual purposes
• Posting nude images, sexually suggestive poses, or sexually explicit depictions of minors
• Requesting, sharing, or distributing links or third-party materials associated with CSAM or CSAE
• Any additional actions that violate national or international child protection regulations

4. Enforcement Measures

Saycheez takes immediate action against users or content violating this policy, including:

• Immediate removal of the violating content and temporary account suspension
• Permanent service ban in cases of severe violations
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities or child protection organizations (e.g., NCMEC) when required
• Strengthening monitoring and internal systems to prevent recurrence

5. Reporting Procedures

Users may report CSAE-related content through the app or customer support channels.

Upon receiving a report, the moderation team will review and take action as promptly as possible and may notify relevant authorities in accordance with legal requirements.

6. Legal Compliance

Saycheez complies with the Republic of Korea Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles from Sexual Abuse, as well as
globally recognized child protection laws and regulations (e.g., NCMEC protocols, INTERPOL standards).
